There is a lot of inaccurate info about the Concierge service, not to mention miscommunication internally at AF itself. I've used the Concierge a couple of times, and they've almost always skipped the line at passport and security. Only once they agent went through the regular line, but then, as it would happen there were only 2-3 people in the Access No 1 line. So it does add some value, but not €300 worth in my opinion. I'm very hesitant to use the service now because more than once they have just not showed up after taking the money.

If you want to spend your money to do something like this, use one of the other services. But, then the caveat is that Extime and Chabe, two others that I've used more often, do not guarantee skipping the lines and just guarantee putting you into the SP lines. Of course, a lot depends on the agent with you, and in general, my experience is that they do skip lines. I've just recently tried a third service provider, who is new, but is very eager to capture clients in this market, and on my trial run the service was top-notch with all lines skipped during the early morning rush. I made it from arrival gate in 2E-L to the lounge in 2F in just under 20 mins. If I had spend time in the security and passport control lines, you could've added about 30-40 mins more.

IMO, if tarmac transfers in a car are note possible, then this is the service that Ulti should be providing if your connection is sub 1.5hrs between 2E-2F/G.
