I try to call the team tomorrow and see if this changes anything. Most likely not.
I just spoke to them. The general view of the Ultimate TA was that the Concierge does not offer much value since they cannot push you on the top of the line in passport or security. Instead, they leave you at the Sky Priority line and wait for you on the other side. It's more somebody showing you the way and carrying your bag ... I Don't think I need that for 300 EUR. But they are checking and will get back to me. They also said 1 hour is sufficient for transfer in CDG. The standard seems to be 25-35 minutes for a passenger without Sky Priority. Let's see ...
