It has never been coherent to me why you can fly the Atlantic and then have to go through Security again once you go through Heathrow. The same applies coming from anywhere for that matter. It will be interesting to see how this works. Years ago BA. PanAm, and TWA participated in a trial of Border Entry similar to that which exists today in the USA. Now that I would rejoice about. I am pleased about this development but suspect that under the current regime in the White House, entry into the USA will become considerably more difficult from a security point of view..
