On a wider scale, it is now 7 years I ask for Dutch newspapers in the app, but there still none. You can have Norwegian, Danish, etc.. just no Dutch. For those that remember: we went from Paper to 'KLM new app' ("for your convenience") to Gone ("for your unconvenience?").
So, not only do they ignore the info when they service, they ignore as wel the input they get in 'wished (restored) service'
