Are both flights on a single ticket?
Why would you get lounge access? by status or because in J/F?

Anyway, just possible scenarios:
- PG will check you and your bag through if on a single ticket. No need to reenter Singapore and claim your bags.
- I doubt that PG will check you through on two separate tickets, but they might.

- If you claim lounge based on status, QR premium lounge is not available for you.
- If you travel J/F, the QR premium lounge is available. The BA lounge has been recently revamped ans is quite nice (https://www.executivetraveller.com/n...-changi-lounge). QF lounge is also nice.
