PG961 -> BA16 (different booking). SIN lounge options and T1 transit process
I just wanted to check a couple of things.

Should arrive 19:20 from USM into SIN T1, before BA16 leaving T1 at 23:05

I’ve read Qatar “premium” lounge is the best option - apparently that’s in the “departure transit hall”.

Do I need to collect my bags and fully clear immigration, and if so, how long would that take roughly?

also, if so, would I need another online entry card application (on the way in we stopped off in SIN for the night)
