I've recently had a conversation with some people who are running the Ulti program in practice. The overwhelming feedback, which I agree with, they are receiving is that ground services to ensure that connections are handled smoothly need to significantly improve. They know that at AMS this is a challenge, because the airport is very stubborn. But it was said that they're discussing this internally, and at CDG looking at options. One of them being a special lane at connections. Other being somehow utilizing the concierge service.

So, they are aware of our complaints in this aspect. Based on the conversation, there was will to try and do something about it. But it is still unclear how quickly something will truly be done about it.
