Agreed. More than hope, it’s now a done deal. Just improve the breakfast service, or restart a buffet, and it will be 5 stars.

That’s an understatement.

I was referring to an independent “shuttle” company, of which there are several (listed in order of my preferences based on ~40 rides and prices, level of service level and reliability): Epic Mountain Express EME (formerly, prior to 2020, Colorado Mountain Express CME not to be confused with Continuing Medical Education), Summit Express, Peak 1 Express, Fresh Tracks, maybe 1 or 2 others.
EME had (past tense) a loyalty program, carried over from CME. It was nice, even though they stated points expired after 3 years, shortly after the rebranding as EME in 2020 they allowed me to redeem ~$60 worth of points which had been earned in 2014. In May 2024 I received an email stating point accrual was ending in June 2024 and redemptions were ending for travel by June 2025. For these recent DEN-Breck rides and EGE-Vail rides in 3 weeks I redeemed all my remaining points, ~$150 worth.
EME will still be my first choice. Sorry to see their loyalty program ending, it was a win-win-win icing on the cake. Often the lowest prices for identical service, stackable Epic Pass and Military discounts, most competent and affable drivers, often newer cleaner vans, most readily available helpful and efficient telephone agents.
