Yes they use the same terminal - but the clubs are not close to each other - United is in the remote part of the terminal while Lufthansa is in the main part - Lufthansa just remodeled and reopened their club - but the UA club is - at least to me - one of United’s best…
You will arrive in the remote part of the terminal and clear security in the main part - you have enough time to check out both clubs - enjoy the experience!
