We are in flight now to Paris from EWR on a massively delayed flight which gave the crew 2 hours to ask to hang our coats - and no one even thought to ask to take them - and no one has for years now flying from Japan to New York - UA does the bare minimum it can and it’s not going to get any better….
it is what it is - UA used to be better - now they just don’t care….
