Connected through LAX-HKG and it was not only proactively taken, they were going around giving pajamas to everyone. Possibly the best crew I’ve ever had.
It’s not that UA crews are
always bad, it’s just that they vary between dismal and excellent with mediocre-okay being the norm. It doesn’t surprise me that the HKG destination would see something superior even if the crew was not based there.
