2 hours 25 minutes will be sufficient. I understand that you clear immigration at BKK but when you do International to Domestic at BKK there is a separate border control area for passengers transferring to a domestic flight so there's absolutely no need for you to join the arriving passengers in the main hall.

[In case you check bags] I also believe you'll be clearing customs when you arrive in Phuket. (CIQ)

Any spare time you have can be utilised at the Coral (Priority/Dragon Pass), Ribbon Lounge (PG) and/or the Royal Silk Lounge (TG).
