Stopped by the IAH PL yesterday.

To my comment in a different thread (the one about UA leaving bread crumbs on social media turning into "expanded meal service to Hawaii"), this PL lounge now serves Makers Mark as its "high end" whiskey. My go-to drink in a PL is a Bulleit Rye OF. Agent came back and showed me her iPad with the drink choices and it's gone straight down hill. She said they recently changed the whole menu. I took a walk by the bar and it's slim pickings. The continued devaluation of PL lounges continues.

The food menu was different from the SFO PL I was at earlier in the day. I appreciate different menus. I was just there for a burger and nothing else and it was completely over salted as usual. Service was mediocre (agent taking my order couldn't care less or even look at me; second server who took over 30 minutes later had a nice smile and seemed interested in being there). I didn't look at the buffet at this lounge. It looked downright disgusting at SFO.
