Yeah, I have seen some guests have their profile absolutely trashed by other properties and the most ironic part is they will trash an Ambo/Titanium/plat/gold but will never bother doing it for a regular member. It's like we've incentivised sh***ng on our most loyal guests. The whole guest profile system needs a rework, to be fair that applies to the whole of GXP but you get what I'm saying.
