You can barely get a PDB on United anymore, let alone hang a coat. Gone are the days of the service oriented United. On my last flight in F two FAs just chatted away about inappropriate topics for work and where all passengers could hear up front. There is a huge difference in the FAs United is hiring post pandemic vs. pre pandemic. Would be nice to have a FA offer to hang a coat in winter.
