Decent 3-night stay in Jan and one of the better Hyatt Regency I ever stayed. Were able to book on corp rate about $200 euros where the rate was going at $350 per night and more expensive than Andaz. Hotel was quite busy and only got upgraded to the Regency Suite the 2nd night. Rented a bike one day from the hotel and it was $18 euros, you exit and enter from the underground garage in the back. Breakfast at Mama Makan was ok, lots of options but the food quality in my opinion was belove average. Avoid the eggs benedict at all cost, it was one of the worst benedict I had in my life and could not finish even half of it. Staffs were all around great and very helpful, most on the younger side and energetic. Regency club were very decent and the evening 5-7pm spread was much adequate for dinner which I did for one night. Lot's of alcohols and drinks to choose from as well. Location is definitely and bit inconvenient for touristy stuff but very doable with the tram right outside and subway station 3 minutes walk from the hotel. Most nights we dined around the Andaz Amsterdam area and took a pleasant 30 minute walk back to hotel, even at Winter freezing temperatures without rain of course. Interestingly, the key card they used are all Andaz Amsterdam keycard. Would return again but will try out Andaz next time in Amsterdam for sure.
