Just checked out from a very quick, very solid 12 hour stay. Booked at the absolute last minute, only harbor view and premium suites were available and was upgraded to a top floor harbor view room with great views. Room was very clean and well maintained, the only gripe is that the bathroom very weirdly has no vent.
Harborside restaurant was solid for dinner, nothing to write home about but have definitely had many worse hotel/real restaurant meals. Breakfast was very, very good — I have no idea what the limit was but my $75 order for 2 was fully wiped. Also, not too many category 4 hotels where you can get tons of lobster for breakfast.
Some other notes:
- They've figured out the destination fee game very well — there's a lot of inclusions that feel like they should be worth something but in reality aren't. Parking is an insane $50, but $20 per night through the fee, which brings it back down to the price it should be. There's a seemingly generous $20 restaurant credit per day, but they carved out a no alcohol exclusion.
- Extremely quick with both text responses and the Hyatt has it feature on the app which I really appreciate
- Gym is 24/7 and well stocked, which is very important to me in an airport hotel, but there's a surprising lack of late night food options so it might not be a great fit if you're getting in late
