No upgrade available due to capacity, but the deluxe king room was perfectly fine/spacious. Very good lounge on 2nd floor - very spacious, well-staffed, helpful & courteous lounge agents.

As mentioned, breakfast in the lower ground (LG) restaurant was chaotic and didn't find quality to be that good. Ended up taking breakfast up in lounge the rest of my stay. Evening happy hour had good food, bar, service. Being right across from Pavilion is a particular vibe. Definitely bustling and energetic - but very commercial and bright. Getting in and out of the property via Grab was chaotic and slow given how much traffic there was pretty much all day/night.

Lounge is open daily from 6:30am-11pm.
Breakfast: 6:30am - 10:30am
Afternoon snacks: 2:30pm to 4:30pm
Happy hour: 5:30pm to 7:30pm
