Had a good stay here recently. Left my bags during the day, then came back for checkin. Was informed no suites were available, but with a gentle/polite nudge since checkin staff didn't seem to be trying that hard to check availability, got a corner suite on a high floor. Probably 10 bottles of water inside the room. Free "mini bar" which consisted of 2 soft drinks and some chocolates/chips. Breakfast was chaotic due to sheer number of guests at the property and limited indoor dining space. I ended up sitting outside, but during one of my trips back to the buffet, some random people decided to just sit at my table (eventually got them to leave).
No lounge, but the property still allows elites to head to the bar in the evenings for some light bar snacks and three free beers/drinks per person. Easy walk to Robertson Quay either on street level or riverwalk level.
