No complaints with my last stay here. No upgraded room as they were pretty full. Ddin't use the outdoor lounge very much as weather wasn't quite conducive, but did go up some mornings just to enjoy the breeze and have a cup of coffee. Room was pretty standard. I actually thought breakfast was pretty good. Not a huge selection, but higher quality items. MRT was not super close but still walkable. Just make sure you note when last trains run; the station is not serviced very late into the evening (if I recall last train in/out was around 11, 11:30pm).

There's a 7-11 right outside the front door in case you need anything at random hours. The double doors near the guest elevators connect to the adjacent mall, which has some restaurants, alternative exits, and shops. No issues with Grab pickup/dropoff during my stay.
