I do not need anyone to bring me my favorite drink upfront (I am usually carrying a few bottles of water in my backpack), but if you are bothering to ask, follow through.
Ok, I get it. I’ve never looked at things that way, but I share the sentiment of them making a lot of noise around less substance (form over content - a very French thing). To be fair, content has improved very substantially over the years, but there always is that sense of vague promises - mirrored by the vague instructions to crews (“Give them special treatment “).

And still, I feel that HON isn’t much better these days.
