I received 30 Qpoints.
Since this was a Qatar code share you should be getting the qpoints that QR allocates not AA.
Having said that this appears to be a glitch but unfortunately not in your favor.
The maximum qpoints that you could have earned on a one way LAX to DOH in business would have been 96 qpoints according to the calculator. It's almost impossible that a flight from HNL to LAX, almost 1/4 the distance could be yielding as many qpoints.
The 45 qpoints that you might have received on an AA marketed flight is probably correct. AA tends to offer more qpoints on identical routes. Take LAX to DOH. The maximum qpoints that you could have earned is 123 qpoints on AA as opposed to the 96 offered by QR.
So 30 qpoints sounds about right.
