Rebooked directly. Tbh, first time I booked pure SAS award since they changed the fees to 750 SEK/75 EUR, so I could be wrong, but pretty sure I should've paid the fee for the change.
Sounds like a good deal in the end then – you paid a marginally higher amount in miles and skipped the rebooking fee altogether
