I have another gripe, the date when spending begins to count for the 2-for-1 award voucher.

AmEx customer 'service' told me it would be 19 February in my case. In fact, the statement dated 19 February already included qualifying expenditure. It turns out the real date was 7 February.

And of course, my replacement card is not valid yet, so no qualifying expenditure this month.

Ah well, it just means we'll have to wait three weeks longer to get the 2-for-1 voucher.
