Technically from December, but the dishes seem to still be in rotation based on this thread. Mods please move/delete as necessary.
Something that I learned that was note-worthy as an infrequent BA flier - on the A350, rows 1-7 are served from the forward galley, 8-17 are served from the mid-cabin galley, and at least 8-11 are served back to front. So avoid rows 7 and 8 if getting your first choice is a top priority.

BA84 got suppered - flew it last year and it was before 9PM, this time it was at 9:20. Not at all thrilled, and turkey didn't feel like the right move, so I asked for the cheese plate and if it was possible to have the soup that came with the sandwich. I was obliged and washed it down with a glass of port. Meh.

Breakfast was . . . fine. I really wish BA would offer something between fruit and a greasy breakfast sandwich on these flights. Yoghurt and granola perhaps?
On the return dinner was fantastic, with one small problem. It took
three hours. We were an hour out of Heathrow before the first drinks arrived, and appetizers were not served until two hours after takeoff. Is this normal for BA and/or the A350?

I fully expected them to run out of the beef and that I would be stuck with turkey, but to my delight they were actually out of the turkey when they got to my row!

Salmon tartar was delicious - rich and salty. The romesco sauce for the salad dressing was tasty too.

Beef was overcooked but the plentiful and tasty peppercorn sauce made up for that.

Chocolate praline for dessert

Now, pre-arrival was the usual terrible meat sandwich or terrible vegetarian sandwich. I wish I had edited the picture of this chicken sandwich.
The side Nicoise salad that was served with the sandwich however was fantastic. If they had simply served a larger version of that with some chicken or bacon, I would have been thrilled.
