Do you mind paying extra for sometging that just works, or dontmind having to topup mid cycle or when changing country
Ais sim2fly has esim or physical sim, has a package that covers asia+australia. Not the cheapest though (6GB 10day 399Baht or $12, 30GB 30 day with call 2490bahr) . Benefit is that they are an actual carrier, your data is routed through Thailand , and no middleman . You need a visa3Dsecure card to top up using third party website and then can redeem packages

For context for individual country rates (~per GB per 7-30days), cheapest australia data is about $0.5-1/GB (routes through 3HK though). Malaysia and Singapore is about $1/GB (Europe or 3HK), hkg is about $1-1.5/GB, China is about $2/GB
Rare to find something that covers 60 days, it's usually 1/3/5/7/14/30 days, then 3/6/12 months. You ok to manually top up midway?
Eskimo does not cover Singapore (likely bc they are based in Singapore and dont want to go thru the SG regulations)

This covers your list too and it's about $2/GB
