It is winter and we are all traveling with winter coats. Are United FAs no longer required to hang coats for passengers in premium cabins like they used to? I am more often than not being told nicely "just put it in the overhead bin when everyone is on board".
Anyone know the current policy? Other recent experiences?
They all seemed to be happy to help on my recent flights. Some even proactively offered to do so.
