Sharing Your Miles with Family:

Asiana Club's Family Mileage Plan makes it easy for you and your family to share free travel. Simply enroll by submitting the application form along with proof of family relationship. Up to 5 immediate family members, including yourself, may be registered and pool miles. Once registered, no changes are permitted. To qualify, all family members must be enrolled in Asiana Club. Sisters, brothers, in-laws and residents of Japan are excluded from eligibility in the Family Mileage Plan.

To Enroll:
Download and complete the Family Mileage Plan Enrollment Form then fax or mail your application to one of the Asiana Club Service Centers listed on the form.

To Redeem:
1. Make your award travel reservation or upgrade request.
2. Download and complete a Family Mileage Plan Mileage Redemption Form (http://us.flyasiana.com/asianaclub/a...ram_family.asp).
3. Fax your redemption form to one of the Asiana Club Service Centers listed on the form or present it for ticketing at one of our worldwide City Ticket Offices
