It fully depends on your travel patterns. If you have a relatively stable schedule and don't often have the need to make changes to bookings, fair, you would probably not have a need for the Platinum line.

However if you do often incur modifications, possibly last minute - it can be very valueable. I've used them a few times to make changes (Including changing a roundtrip into an open-jaw across different countries) and that's just something you are going to have a very tough time with using regular channels.
