Which room did you book and which room did you receive?


Ambassador diamond booked a Classic River View. Used Suite upgrade to King Junior Suite.

How were the rooms?

We had a welcome gift of fruit and bottle of water.
The shower was next to a window, ice cold, impossible to heat. We asked a for a different room and were moved to a King Junior Suite facing the south river, 3 windows on 2nd floor, just a beautiful room with great view.

How is the exec lounge?

What was good and bad?

Once we resolved the shower issue, everything was great.
Breakfast had river views. No buffet, order by menu.
Service was friendly.
Location is good near metro, street cars, lots of restaurants.

Low season pricing we paid 66k points for 3 nights and 4th night free.
