They used a combination of the radar data and DFDR data to establish the 325' +/-25' for the CRJ. They don't yet have the FDR data from the helicopter so they don't have an accurate altitude yet. They expect it tomorrow.
Well, if they have established the altitude of the CRJ, they have by definition established the exact same altitude for the helicopter at the moment of collision, yes?
