I recently decided to get a Citigold Private Client account and I saw the following listed as one of my benefits, so it seems like maybe the credit card annual fee statement credit is still a thing for certain cards. I haven't been able to find anything about this anywhere else on the Citigold website or in any of the documentation though, so this may be some stale language they forgot to remove.
