To be fair and I did say this to them, their sheet just says "V7" and "CLUB" so they won't have seen that I bought a breakfast-eligible rate.
If so it must be a new rule. Definitely last year and in the years prior, we had a choice as Club Guests (Regency Suite) to go Club and / or Omang Omang for breakfast.
We prefer the lounge, but would like some of the Indonesian offerings from the restaurant replicated/ offered at the lounge instead of just a rotation of a soup and either Mee goreng or Nasi goreng.
Interestingly, feedback we got when suggesting above was that many guests prefer the Western / more mainstream offerings at the lounge and Indonesian specialties get left in the end. Could be. No idea why people travel all the way to Indonesia and then would want to stick to what they eat every day at home, but I guess habits die hard.
