DL Reserve Card - Centurion and partner lounge access

I have a Korean Air flight booked through DL. HKG-ICN-TYO in Y.

I have DL Reserve Card (which I am finding out more and more is a raw deal).

Do I have access to Centurion Lounge at HKG? I’m flying Korean metal, award tix via DL app. I don’t understand what they mean by DL-marketed flight (which they say is a requirement for entry into Centurion Lounge for DL Reserve holder).

At ICN, it looks like I don’t get free access to KAL lounge, but do I get access for $50? That’s what Google seems to be telling me, but then AMex website says nothing about paid access option at partner lounges.
