hey, I am pretty much in the same boat..
Back in old days I will even receive the PPS card before AU card arrive, now I have AU card on hand for 2 weeks, and still have yet to receive PPS card. no where to be found this invitation code is. I am thinking giving up and have to use another premium card for PPS for my AU.
