You should get the full buffet breakfast as gold -- there's no "continental option", but only for two guests. You would need to pay for the kids unless the charge is waived by management as a favour. There were plenty of vegetarian and vegan options to my recollection (I'm not either, so didn't specifically look for it). The Indian food may have been fried e.g. in ghee, so that may be worth checking. Same goes for the in-house Indonesian restaurant.
Cannot comment on the kids activities in the kids club.
