The answer was "yes - even if changes are made".
Good to know thanks, cause I have both of May 25 and July 25 itineraries completely messed up by schedule changes, so I was worried that once reissued, it will cause to count on price ticket. So hopefully I only have to rack up less than 4000 TPs under the new scheme to keep Gold for one more year, and have time to look for alternatives.
