Then just an hour ago I receive an eMail from Turkish airlines that I could upgrade my MUC-SYD ticket - ..., it's already upgraded. Do I need to worry? What's your experience with schedule changes on already upgraded flights - the only thing that changed is the SYD arrival time from 18:30 to 19:00. The flight is still late most of the time even though the arrival time has been adjusted.
Checkin will open tomorrow 7:00.

I have the same type of the schedule change, yet to take the flight. TK contact advised just to leave as it is, since after approving the schedule change, upgrade(s) will be gone and must be applied again and there might be no availability in J. The only downside of it, if at all, is not be possible to do online check-in, only at the airport counter.
