Give it a day or two. The "banked SE status" things seem to be getting applied now, so one might hope the credit-card "level-ups" will follow shortly.

My experience through all of the levels in 2024 was that Select Benefits availability usually happens 2-3 days after the new level is reached/applied, not often immediately/same-day.
