For the record, SQ25 from JFK did not arrive clean, though there was indeed a bypass for pax to Singapore.
In the end I had to go through security twice, first to get to the “international area” and then again to B1-19 after immigration. I guess I got what I needed, as I was allowed into the non-Schengen area without an onward non-Schengen BP, but it all seems a little odd.
Thanks for reporting back, FRA has an awful layout, it is odd that SQ25 was not considered clean as it should have been.
B non shengen to schengen is just down to the layout.
