Go landside, there are lots of good food options.

Even if you don't want to head in to Tokyo, you can do a bit or terminal hopping. T1 and T2 are connected underground along the Keikyu station.

T3 and the Haneda Airport Garden might also be worth a stop. The onsen at the Villa Fontaine might be a good stop as well..

OWS security will be decent and really don't need to spend the time in the lounge even if you don't want to leave the airport.

Or you could do a quick MR to Osaka or something.
