It’s a known issue that notices and letters are not showing up properly for some clients. I have the same problem.

My understanding is that it’s two years from the date the miles hit your account. In my case, for example,
January 26, 2023. So I’d be eligible 1/27/25. Maybe even 1/26 but wouldn’t want to chance it.
