If it helps you plan, they have been pretty clear in their press interviews that they don't want to offer a credit card product that includes unlimited lounge access and end up with Delta's long queues/waitlists to enter the lounge. Lounge passes are single entry (versus lounge membership). They just haven't said how many the credit card will include.
The Citi Executive AAdvantage MC includes Admirals Club membership, which gives access to Alaska Lounges, but just note that locations like LAX have started limiting admission when the lounge is starting to get full to ensure paid Alaska Lounge members receive priority. How much that proliferates to other locations (if at all) depends on the capacity of the lounges and flight schedules and load factors at that station (especially during banks of flights). The merger may shuffle route structure and flight frequencies a bit, so it's hard to predict long term.
