Probaby less than taking out of inventory all the premium cabin seats lost to extended PlusPoints.
But many of those will be snagged by new PlusPoints and some will book UA (versus not) if they can get space at booking.
So, the action of one will get lost in the noise of the system and in the end probably very little impact on UA.
