There are ATM machines and a large supermarket called "Rewe" both on the basement level of the big shopping mall called "My Playce" just across from the back entrance of the hotel on the street called "Alte Potsdamer strasse"
However the above motioned supermarket is closed for renovations until JUNE 2025. Updates can be seen here:

There isn't another supermarket close by the hotel.
The closest alternatives I could locate were a "Lidl" and a "Edeka" both on "Stresemann-strasse" near the "Anhalter Bahnhof" station which is about a 15 min walk away from the hotel, or 1 station on the S-Bahn.
