We're booked on LX SFO-ZRH-EDI and back on the same route in May. The last time we did this the KTN number for TSA line did not get onto our boarding passes and we had to go through the regular security line at SFO.
(Oh the shame!Oh the horror! We had to take our shoes off and toiletries in a plastic bag ! Tongue in cheek)
What can I do to get that information onto our record locator before we check in?
