Surely LH have a list like that to let me know what is inside the food they are serving.
Including the origin, allergens and additives as required by law in EU.

They should indeed. I’ve seen some of the allergen information sheets loaded on BA and, as they should be, they’re extremely comprehensive (even meal components which are pre-packaged - like crackers - are listed with a note stating explicitly that Flight Attendants must refer to the packaging to prevent them being overlooked).
I would hope Lufthansa are equally diligent in this regard.
