Terms and conditions Cancelling your booking
- All changes or cancellations must be made a minimum of 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure of the flight being changed or cancelled.
- For amendments outside of 24 hours before departure you will be charged any increase in Avios and tax/RFS plus a €42.50 pp Amendment fee. Inside of 24 hours of the scheduled departure no amendments can be made.
- For cancellations outside of 24 hours before departure the Avios/Avios and Money is fully refundable. All taxes fees and charges is refundable, minus a €42.50 pp cancelation fee. Inside 24 hours of the scheduled departure the Avios/Avios and Money is NON-REFUNDABLE. All taxes fees and charges ARE refundable. In this case the amendment or cancellation fee will not be charged.
- You also have a 24-hour cooling off period from the time you make the booking to receive a full refund as long as travel is not within the next 24 hours.
