Thanks for sharing- so it looks like this is the current arrangement for some of the former sad box routes? Full catering on the outbound, and a more limited setup on the smaller black trays for the return.
Why are the rustic crackers (see picture) being served with that big sandwich with so much bread? Is there supposed to be some cheese as part of the meal?
