People concern themselves too much at times with the age of the aircraft. Titan aircraft are well maintained and have very pleasant interiors.
In-flight service is usually very good too.

A number of A319/A320 aircraft BA use at LHR are older, in some cases years, than some of the G-GATx series at Gatwick.

Many of the well known airlines such as Lufthansa and others fly aircraft 20 plus years old.

I believe some of the recently retired Jet2 757s were 30 years plus and flew with few issues.

A large proportion of the LHR/LGW 777 Fleets are 23 to 25 years plus old.
